- Business and Shipment Information: such as shipment details, cargo type, weight, dimensions, origin, destination, ports, routing, schedules, quotations, bookings, amendments, cancellations, delivery information, and service history.
- Commercial and Shipping Documents: such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates, customs documents, authorization letters, and any documents required to process or support the requested service.
- Payment and Billing Information: such as invoices, payment status, transaction records, amounts due, billing details, and related financial records. We do not intend to store full payment card details unless such processing is carried out through authorized payment service providers in accordance with applicable security standards.

Shipment Data and Commercial Documents
Due to the nature of international trade, freight forwarding, logistics, and customs-related services, you acknowledge that Shipment Data and commercial documents may need to be disclosed to multiple parties involved in the relevant supply chain.
This may include carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, ports, warehouses, inspection authorities, consignees, agents, service providers, and competent authorities, where such disclosure is necessary to confirm bookings, arrange transportation, issue or process documents, handle customs-related requirements, manage claims, or complete the requested Services.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information and documents provided to Across MENA are accurate, complete, lawful, and up to date, including cargo description, weight, type, origin, destination, consignee details, and any other information required for the Services. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in service delays, additional charges, booking cancellation, compliance issues, or other operational consequences.
Data Security and Confidentiality
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, unlawful processing, accidental loss, alteration, disclosure, or misuse.
These measures may include access controls, confidentiality obligations, secure systems, monitoring procedures, restricted data access based on business need, and periodic review of security practices.
Although we take reasonable precautions, no electronic transmission, platform, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted or stored through the internet.
