Freight booking, logistics coordination, customs brokerage support, shipment management, tracking, documentation, payment facilitation, and any related trade or logistics services provided through or in connection with the Platform.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information and documents provided to Across MENA are accurate, complete, lawful, and up to date, including cargo description, weight, type, origin, destination, consignee details, and any other information required for the Services. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in service delays, additional charges, booking cancellation, compliance issues, or other operational consequences.

The Platform may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, remember user preferences, improve functionality, analyze usage, monitor performance, personalize user experience, and measure the effectiveness of commercial or marketing activities.
